The goal of our program is to promote to each student a lifetime commitment of staying active and physically fit. All students will be exposed to the tools and knowledge needed to be active for life. Students will be introduced to a variety of activities and games, both traditional and nontraditional, in hope that they will find something that they enjoy and something that they will carry with them after high school.
